  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Select international countries (please check availability at checkout)

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

Good news!
For all international shipments, you will not be charged any additional import taxes, customs duties, or fees. AuraDials covers all these costs so you don’t have to worry about hidden charges.

Your total at checkout is the final amount—no surprises upon delivery.


7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
AuraDials is not responsible for:

  • Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delays or losses caused by the carrier
  • Unclaimed packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, AuraDials is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address or adding signature confirmation if necessary.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  • Check with neighbors or building security
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Then reach out to us for further help
